Yes! We do have a 30 day money-back guarantee which means we will give you a refund if you are not happy with the results AFTER 1 month of consistently using our products. We do require before and after photos to understand your concerns. Vanity is a sin, but in this case it’s to help you out, so please remember to take photos before starting with De’Man Skin Care.
What if I have an allergic reaction from using the products?
We will be happy to refund you as long as you provide us photos of your reaction. Sensing a trend here? We love pics. If you have known skin allergies, we suggest consulting your GP or testing the products on a small patch of skin either inside of your elbow or behind your ear. $10 for shipping cost will be deducted from all refunds.
Can I change my delivery address or cancel my order?
Unfortunately we cannot cancel your order or change your address once your parcel has been dispatched. Once it’s out of her hands, it’s like a balloon in the wind. We encourage you to always double-check your address before placing your order. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched you will need to wait for it to reach you and either reject delivery or return your order back to us for a refund. $10 for shipping cost will be deducted from all refunds.

How often do I use De’Man Skin Care products?
Face Wash – Morning and night daily for best results, though how often you wash your face is a personal choice.
Vitamin A- Vitamin A Serum which should only be used at night – Daily for best results
Moisturiser- Morning and night daily for best results

Are all the ingredients in De’Man Skin Care vegan friendly?
We love our furry friends (even ferrets) and don’t test on animals. Best of all, our products are vegan-friendly too!
What happens if I do not collect my parcel?
If you miss your parcel and it’s not collected from your local post office in 14 days, it will be sent back to our warehouse. If you would like to have it re-shipped, there will be a re-shipping fee of $10 AUD. If you would like a refund instead, we will refund you the amount of your order minus $20 for the processing & return shipping costs. We love you, but that’s kind of on you! We are not liable for parcels that have failed to be collected due to sloth.
What happens if I enter an incorrect/incomplete address at the checkout?
If your parcel is undeliverable due to an incomplete or incorrect address, it will be sent back to our warehouse. If you wish to have it re-shipped, there will be a re-shipping fee of $10. If you wish to be refunded, we will refund you the amount of your purchase minus $20 for the shipping fee to and from your country. Our Mum used to write our address on the back of our clothes. Maybe try that? We are not liable for incomplete or incorrectly-entered addresses.
Is it correct that all skin care products contain preservatives?
We use several different preservation methods for a number of different reasons. Preservatives are a very important part of cosmetics formulas and necessary to keep the product safe. Refrigerators are a method of preservation and we all love those.
Products that do not contain water, also known as anhydrous products, do not need to be preserved. This includes our facial oils. Because there is no water there is no opportunity for things like bacteria to grow.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our shelf life ranges from 12-18 months from date of purchase. Shelf life is mentioned on each product. That’s not to be confused with your afterlife, which hopefully lasts longer. Use within 6 months after opening.

It is your responsibility to pay any duties, Value Added Tax or other similar charges. If you decline these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us.
